BioRezydencja is located in Świeradów – a picturesque, mountain resort in the heart of the The Izery Mountains famous for the healthiest air in the Europe. That green wildlife sanctuary of the uncontaminated nature lies in the south-west part of the Lower Silesia voivodship, at the height of 450-710 metres above sea level, in the valley of the river Kwisa (so-called Świeradów decline). Such localisation makes it possible for you to take advantage of the numerous attractions that are characteristic for a holiday resort (more to be found in the “WHAT THE TOWN OFFERS” section). The BioRezydencja itself is located slightly on the outskirts of the town, which guarantees you the silence and calmness. However, at the same time reaching the town centre takes only 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bicycle and 20 by foot. There are also numerous rail and bus connections with the town.
